     How Long does it take for me to get my order?

  • The current shipping ranges anywhere from 1 to 6 business days depending on your location (excluding weekends or holidays). Transit time varies depending on the origin of fulfillment location and the final destination. 

 

How Do I track my order?

  • You must click on the Link that says, "Track Your Shipment" from our fulfillment email that says, "Your order is now fulfilled", so be sure to check all email folders such as your SPAM/JUNK or Promotions for this email. If you still have not received our fulfillment email after 7-business days, feel free to send us an E-MailHere 

 

Do I have to be present to receive my order?

  • Yes, every shipment of alcohol MUST be accepted  by an adult, 21 years or older. Please use a work address if needed.

 

Can I have my shipment be delivered to a PO Box?

  • Unfortunately, no. Due to the content(s) of the shipment(s), someone at least 21 years of age must be available with the shipment upon delivery. 

 

Why Does it say "Tracking Not Found"?

  • If you see this message when you track your package, "Not found - This tracking number cannot be found, please check the number or contact the sender". Please advise that the tracking number will not display right away when tracking your shipment, so please allow 24-48 business hours for travel scans to show progress.
  •  If you receive your tracking on the weekend, you should expect movement by Monday/Tuesday). 
  • If your tracking still doesn't display movements after (5) business days

 

Do you offer International Shipping?

  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer shipping Internationally, Canada, military APO & FPO addresses and US territories like Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii and Virgin Islands. 

 

Discounts, Loyalty, gift cards and coupon Policy

  • Offers are subject to change without notice. Discounts, Loyalty Vouchers, Gift Cards and Coupons can only be used once per user and cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer.  Shipping included items and limited items are excluded from any of our promotional offers. 
  • Unauthorized discount codes obtained from online advertising sites we don't work with will result in a request for additional payment/information. Please kindly respect the code that are given to you from our website or rewards program to get your deals.

 

How Can I Return An Item?

  • All sales are final and nonrefundable, so the products received cannot be returned to us once the courier delivers the shipment. If you have a problem with the products received, please contact us at Customerservice@SippinOnSours.com with your order number and detailed message explaining the problem.

 

What If I forgot to put in a discount code on a previous order? 

 

  • We cannot apply expired promotions to past or new orders. Please make sure to apply code upon checkout or us within 24-hours of placing the order.
