You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages from Sippin' On Sours.

By placing an order, you represent that you are legally eligible to purchase and receive the products ordered.

Alcohol shipments require an adult age 21 or older to sign upon delivery. Additional information is available in our 21+ & Alcohol Purchase Policy.

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until the order has been successfully placed and accepted.

Because many of the beers we offer are produced in limited quantities, inventory can change quickly.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding an appropriate resolution, including a refund or credit for the unavailable item.

We work to provide accurate product names, descriptions, images, pricing, and other information.

However, breweries may change recipes, packaging, artwork, ingredients, ABV, formats, or other product characteristics.

If information on our website appears to be incorrect, please contact us.

Prices and promotions are subject to change.

Although we work to maintain accurate pricing, occasional typographical, technical, or pricing errors may occur.

Sippin' On Sours reserves the right to correct an error and, when necessary, cancel or modify an affected order. If an order must be canceled after payment because of an error on our part, the affected amount will be refunded.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

• product availability
• suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• pricing or technical errors
• shipping restrictions
• age or eligibility requirements
• incorrect or incomplete order information
• circumstances preventing lawful fulfillment

If we cancel a paid order, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Sippin' On Sours ships to U.S. states and destinations where shipment of our products is permitted.

Shipping availability may be affected by applicable laws, regulations, carrier restrictions, and other requirements.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Alcohol shipments require a 21+ adult signature upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a delivery location where an eligible adult can receive the shipment.

Because our products include alcoholic beverages and consumable goods, we generally do not accept standard returns after shipment or delivery.

Damaged, incorrect, missing, or otherwise problematic orders are reviewed according to our Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders Policy.

Promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, dates, product exclusions, usage limits, or other conditions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions are not guaranteed to be combinable with other discounts or offers.

Sippin' On Sours reserves the right to correct, suspend, or terminate a promotion in the event of an error, misuse, technical problem, or other circumstance affecting the intended operation of the promotion.

Our current shipping savings program provides eligible orders with:

• $55+ merchandise subtotal → $5 off shipping
• $100+ merchandise subtotal → $10 off shipping

The tiers are not cumulative. An eligible $100+ order receives $10 off shipping, not $15.

Shipping savings reduce the applicable shipping charge and do not represent free shipping.

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent transactions, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict access or cancel transactions when reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business, website, or payment systems.

Unless otherwise indicated, original Sippin' On Sours website content, branding, graphics, layout, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Sippin' On Sours and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.

Product names, brewery names, logos, trademarks, and product artwork belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Our website may rely on third-party services for functions such as payments, ecommerce infrastructure, shipping, analytics, and other operations.

Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We work to maintain a reliable and accurate website, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sippin' On Sours is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as our store, services, or legal requirements change.
